These no-bake chocolate peanut butter protein balls are the perfect solution for a quick and healthy snack or an easy on-the-go breakfast. Packed with protein, fiber, and healthy fats, they'll keep you feeling full and energized throughout your day. They're also incredibly easy to make!
What you'll need:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups rolled oats (old-fashioned or quick oats work well)
1/4 cup honey
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter (I use natural peanut butter)
1/4 cup chocolate protein powder (I use Vital Proteins)
1/4 cup chocolate chips (I use dark)
Instructions:
1.) In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients: the rolled oats, honey, peanut butter, chocolate chips, and chocolate protein powder.
2.) Mix thoroughly until all the ingredients are well combined and a sticky dough forms. If the mixture is too dry, you can add a little more peanut butter or a teaspoon of water. If it's too sticky, add a bit more oats.
3.) Once the mixture is well combined, start rolling the dough into small, bite-sized balls. About 1-2 tablespoons of dough per ball is a good size.
4.) Place the finished protein balls in an airtight container.
5.) Store the protein balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up. They can also be stored in the freezer for longer storage.
6.) Enjoy!
These protein balls are a fantastic way to fuel your body with wholesome ingredients. They're perfect for pre- or post-workout snacks, afternoon pick-me-ups, or a quick and convenient breakfast on busy mornings. Enjoy!
